That right Walt Disney World has started it's 2018's Mickey's Not-so-Scary Halloween Party and this years party looks like a blast! There are quite a few new, fun, things coming to the Magic Kingdom and some of the attractions this year.
Space Mountain has an all new soundtrack for the ride portion of the attraction. It is a new futuristic beat that you have to check out. The Mad Tea Party will also have updated lighting and effects for a fun night time experience.
Along with Space Mountain and the Mad Tea Party, The Pirates of the Caribbean ride will have some invading guests on the search for a live actor named "Gunpowder Pete." As some of you remember Johnny Depp made a special appearance on a few lucky rides in the wake of his newest pirates film, "Dead Men Tell No Tales."
2018 dates for Mickey's Not-so-Scary Halloween Party have been available for some time and include:
August: 17, 24, 28, 31
September: 3, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30
October: 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30 and 31
The price starts at around $75 USD but can become more than $100 USD for some of the more popular nights.
If you are not planning on doing the Halloween party, be sure to keep in mind.... Magic Kingdom Closes early to the public for this event. When planning be sure to plan your Magic Kingdom day for a day not on the list so you can enjoy a full day at the park.
The Happiest Haunting on Earth is back again for another year of trick-or-treating fun with all the ghouls and ghosts of Magic Kingdom. During the evening event guests of all ages will have a chance to trick-or-treat around the park while experiencing all the the Ghosts from around the park have to offer.
Not all attractions are open during this event so I put together a list of ones that will be to make your experience that much easier:

There will be a Hocus Pocus Spectacular each night of the even, where the Sanderson Sisters come back to life and start the party off with a bang! I personally love Hocus Pocus. Certainly can not wait to check this out!
Also don't forget to get a spot for the Happy HalloWishes Firework Show. Guest will be able to sing along with their favorite Disney Villains in this nighttime firework spectacular. Admission to Mickey's Not-so-Scary Halloween Party are required. Here is the list of some of the songs in the show to get you in the spooky season spirit:

A really awesome parade for all ages that arrives this time of year is the "Boo-to-You" Parade. It hosts a gaggle of our Haunted Mansions pals as they parade around the park with spooky floats featuring Halloween costumed characters. Admission For Mickey's Not-so-Scary Halloween Party are required to view this parade.
