Disney is coming out with an all new app called "Play Disney Park" and it look awesome. As of yesterday Disney has released the pre-order option on both the Apple tore as well as the Google Play store.
Their are only a few descriptions and images but seems to have a good amount of functionality as well as games and adventures for all ages at both Walt Disney World Resorts as well as all Disney Land properties.
The app is set to release Jun 30th witch also happens to be the day Toy Story Land opens to the public in Disney's Hollywood Studios. Given the past few months of technical errors within the My Disney Experience app, I am nervous this may be spotty out the gate. Especially, in all the commotion of Toy Story Land. Hope i'm wrong but be prepared for some longer than expected loading screens. Let's face it if your in Walt Disney World Studio, there will be a huge increase in guests on property using the new play app.
All that being said. Go onto wherever you get apps sear Play Disney Parks and check it out for yourself. It should be a really cool way to experience more in the parks and is definitely an innovative idea. I know I'll be using it during the oh so long, Flights of Passage, queue lines.
